PREPARING RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
After receiving research request we propose methodology, methods and techniques suitable for the process of finding answers to the Client’s problem.
PREPARING RESEARCH TOOLS
After fixing the methodology program with the Client we prepare appropriate research tools - that is questionnaires, guidelines, registry cards etc.
When all research tools are ready and approved by the Client we start fieldwork job according to the methodology being chosen – either qualitative or quantitative (we conduct interviews: i.a. face-to-face, telephone, web, individual in-depth as well as observation or focus groups). We offer a full range of methods and techniques.
STATISTICAL OR QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS
After fieldwork part we offer analysis of the results according to the methodology being chosen. That is either qualitative in-depth analysis or statistical analysis on the basis of SPSS program.
PREPARING REPORTS WITH THE RESULTS
After data analysis we prepare a report with all findings. Such a report includes also a summary and recommendations for the Client.
PREPARING AND DELIVERING PRESENTATION OF FINDINGS
Presentation is the last stage of research process. Then the main findings are presented and discussed with the Client’s representatives.
